CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your hairstyling appointment time. A 2nd confirmation text will be sent 1 day prior as well.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are important to LEÉSOUL Hair Studio. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; we respectfully require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or changes to an existing appointment. Modifying an appointment must be done so 48 hours in advance. If a scheduled appointment is canceled or modified less than 48 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your Service in which was scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service and NO SHOWS or SAME DAY modification of services will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at LEÉSOUL Hair Studio. 

 

DEPOSIT

All NEW COLOR clients are required to a salon consultation. Virtual consultations are accepted as well. This will give us the opportunity to connect about your hair journey, hair history and hair goals to ensure propper timing is booked for day of service. Please have photos and a history of your hair dating two years back. Deposit of $50 up to a half hour will go toward your services for that day & Credit Card will be held on file.  In the case that the 48 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, LEÉSOUL Hair Studio reserves the right to keep that deposit and you will be charged 50% of the services for a same day cancellation or 100% of the services if you were to no show to your reserved appointment. Your deposit will go toward a future appointment. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at LEÉSOUL Hair Studio. 

 

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel / reschedule and do not give a full 48 hour Notice or do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled.

 

 

NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have 48 hours to contact the Salon to discuss your needs going forward.

 

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF LEÉSOUL HAIR STUDIO.
